Image Library

The Image Library provides a centralized system for managing all your visual assets, making it easy to upload, organize, edit, and reuse images across your marketing campaigns.

What is the Image Library?

The Image Library is a comprehensive image management solution that helps you:

• Store and organize all your visual assets in collections
• Upload images from various sources including your device, URLs, and AI generation
• Edit image properties including cropping, background settings, and formatting
• Apply consistent visual treatments across your marketing materials
• Generate AI-powered image descriptions and metadata automatically
• Reuse images easily across multiple templates and campaigns

Uploading Images

When you add images, we will review every one adding appropriate tags and meta data so the AI can use them. There are multiple ways to add images to your library:

From Your Device

1. Navigate to your Image Library
2. Drag and drop files directly into the browser
3. Or click to open the file browser and select images

From a URL

1. Click the ”+” button in the Image Library
2. Select “Add from URL”
3. Enter the image URL and click “Add”

Using AI Generation

1. Click the ”+” button in the Image Library
2. Select “Generate with AI”
3. Enter a detailed prompt describing the image you want
4. Choose an aspect ratio (square, landscape, or portrait)
5. Click “Generate”

When you upload images, our AI automatically:

• Generates descriptive metadata
• Creates appropriate alt text
• Suggests optimal presentation settings (fit, format)
• Identifies key visual elements and themes

Image Editing

Once an image is in your library, you can edit its presentation:

Cropping Images

1. Select an image in your library
2. Click “Crop image…”
3. Use the crop tool to select the desired area
4. Adjust the crop area using the handles
5. Click “OK” to apply the crop

Editing Image Properties

1. Select an image in your library
2. Click “Edit image…”
3. Adjust any of the following settings:
   • Fit: How the image fills its container (center, fill)
   • Format: Image format (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or automatic)
4. Preview how the image appears in different aspect ratios
5. Click “OK” to save changes

Image Organization

Keep your images organized with these features:

Collections

Collections help you group related images:

1. Create a new collection by clicking “New Collection”
2. Give your collection a descriptive name
3. Add images to your collection by uploading or moving existing images
4. Toggle between collections using the collection selector

Image Metadata

Each image automatically includes helpful metadata:

• Title: A short descriptive name for the image
• Description: AI-generated description of image contents
• Keywords: Automatically generated tags for searching
• Alt text: Accessibility text describing the image
• Source information: Where the image came from (upload, URL, AI, etc.)

You can edit this metadata to add specific names, deadlines, usage rules (ie do not use after labor day) etc.

Using Images in the Projects Editor

Easily incorporate images from your library into your marketing templates:

1. While editing a template, select an image parameter
2. Click to open the image selector
3. Browse your Image Library or upload a new image
4. Select the desired image
5. Adjust image presentation if needed

Best Practices

For the best results with the Image Library:

• Use descriptive filenames: Makes images easier to find later
• Organize with collections: Group related images together
• Be specific with AI prompts: Detailed prompts yield better generated images
• Review AI-generated metadata: Verify and refine automatically created descriptions
• Consider image format: Use the appropriate format for different image types (photos vs. logos)
