Refine and perfect your content with Denada’s specialized projects editor
Projects Interface
After generating content in the chat, the Projects Interface provides powerful tools to refine, format, and finalize your marketing materials before publishing or export.
The first thing you will see is the list of projects. Clicking on any will take you to the Project Editor.
Projects Editor Overview
The Projects Interface is organized into several key areas:
- Main content area - Where you edit and preview your content
- Sidebar panels - Context-specific tools and options
- Toolbar - Lets you share, or set options for content
Inside each of these are many options you can select and change. If you click on any item from either area you will dig deeper into the editing features.
Getting Content into the Projects
Content arrives in the Projects through the chat. All content starts in chat.
Editing Content
The projects editor provides rich editing capabilities:
All content is built from Templates. Those templates expose fields that you can to edit. Simply choose the field and make changes. Generally, brand guidelines will prevent you from changing styles that are preset, however, if your template allows it, you can change it.
Media Integration
- Insert images from your Image Library
- Crop and resize images directly in the projects editor
- Add buttons and call-to-action elements
- Embed videos where supported
- Include social media links
If the template allows it, it will be exposed on the details sidebar and you can change it.
Using the Sidebar Panels
The project editor includes several sidebar panels:
Content Panel
- Access blocks and components to add to your content
- Organize your content structure
- Navigate between sections of longer content
Properties Panel
- Adjust settings for the selected element
- Control formatting properties
- Set responsive behavior options
Variations Panel
- Create and manage content variations
- Compare different versions side by side
- Select preferred variation for export
Preview and Testing
Before finalizing content, use the preview and testing tools:
- Toggle between desktop and mobile views
- Send test materials (email, websites, etc) to verify appearance
- Run content through quality checks
- Preview personalization with sample data
- Check accessibility compliance
Saving and Exporting
When your content is ready:
- Export in various formats (HTML, PDF, images)
- Send directly to email marketing platforms
- Share with team members for review
All of these are accessible from the Share dropdown.
Collaboration Features
At the top of the right sidebar there are 2 buttons:
The one on the left is for comments the one on the right is for revisions.
Comments:
To create a comment click the comments button, then add the copy. Then choose what you are referencing from the content panel on the left.
Comments you create in here are private by default. When a user is in the web preview you only see PUBLIC comments. Coments they make are public and can be seen by anyone. The comment looks slightly different for public and private comments. You can click the … next to any comment to set it as public or private, resolve it, change the location, delete it, or mark it as unread.
Revisions:
New versions are created automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity. You can also create a new version by clicking the + button. To restore a version, simply choose it.

Once you are in the project editor, you are in control. You can tweak and modify and AI will not change anything.
